We are back on air!!!
It\'s now Feb 2012.. I have been in Sydney for 2 years now. Can say I have fulfill my dream of finding a good job and living away from home. Well theoretically I am not really living in my own rental but still I am living off myself :)
The new thing I should try to achieve is to get my own property and really live on my own.
Anyway it\'s late and I am tired but I just want to let whoever is still reading my blog know we are officially "Back On AIR!!!"

farewell 2009.. I'll miss you
Sitting at work with the headphone on. Listening to JJLam new album. Looking at the watch, its already 3pm. Not long to go till 2009 is at its end, not long till the start of another year.
I guess as always, its a time to reflect and to do a summary of 2009. How should I start ??? haha I don't' know, the usual way I guess. Just type whatever come up in my mind. :)
2009... Started off perfect :) this year was a very smooth year, spend allot of time without my parent around and truly tasted the life of Independence.
Travelled quite abit, went back to HongKong in June. Meet up with friend whom I have missed for a long long time. Visited Mike's grandparent and ate heaps. Went to Christchurch and finally went skiing at Queenstown. Went on my first business trip to client site. Had my first encounter with the Emergency clinic, lets say it was not really a highlight for me, but definitely worth noting down.
Realised I have made some really good friends at work. Learnt allot about workplace politics and how scary it can be.
Grown up abit, well still quite childish but experienced more and considered more about future, career etc.
Bonded with a really great group of friend, and still bonding :) hehehehe... I believe deep down in my heart, CLICKS+ will be a group till the end.... ^0^ ... unlike those random pop band that fade after awhile.
Oh and went to quite a few wedding this year as well @.@ haha must be that everyone is getting nearer to "THAT" age already.
The only spectacular thing this year for me would be. My decision to move oversea has been made up, ticket bought and the date is now set in stone. (well kinda.. still have a return ticket to come back to NZ if things don't work out..... uummmmm ) But yea... I guess I have achieved my goal set in 2009.... to be in Australia by 2010 :) ... should give myself a clap on the back hehehe.
That's why, this year is quite special for me. Had a peaceful, happy, loving year. Just very happy :) ... and I shall look forth to 2010 with a smile on my face. I am sure something good will come out of this.
I will miss 2009, miss everything and everyone that has made a mark in my memories.
Thank you all for everything you have done, for all the memories and smile you have given me. I am most grateful for you all and from the bottom of my heart I thank you.
Farewell 2009... you have been good to me.... take care and be good.

Peace&Quiet = a time to reflect
Its quite tonight, same as all other night for the last week or so. Parent have left for Hong Kong, which make me home alone in this big old house. Its nice I guess, come home from work and just relax a little. No talking, no shouting. No noise apart from my own breathing and thinking. I guess this kind of peace and quiet with the addiction of events from work help bought on this random blogging tonight.
Have been in this industry - Tester for 2 years now. Have been a great learning curve for me, learning about how different industry work together. How to communicate to client, all the political stuff that get involve with different department during the whole project cycle. I have also meet alot of interesting people along the way. People I look up to, people I share my thoughts with and people which just completely piss me off every single day.
But I guess what I really want to reflect on, is my own development in this role. Which is NOT ALOT.... hard to say, but I really think I ain't doing so well.
My workmate kind of gave me a mental slap in the face today. We were discussing the new job role advertising on the job website, as one of our senior tester is leaving so they are now currently hiring another intermediate tester to replace her. Salary is of course higher then me. Of course I started talking and discussing the chances of getting a payrise. Workmate kinda said I am a junior tester, if I want to get anything more I have to step up with the game. To get what I want I have to work for it, and PROOF that I am worth the amount. With that said she gave me a smile. *Wham* ... reality check... it is true.. I haven't been doing a good job as a Tester, track record is not all good. I might be hard working and willing to do long hours, but I have a tendency to skip little detail which end up to be MAJOR PROBLEM for a company. aiii.... kinda sad.... I know I can do it, I just hope I can proof it to them in time. With this comment from workmate, gives me more doubt of my move to Sydney. What if I don't get a job.. what if I don't get back into my industry.. how do I support myself ??? I am not getting any younger, I need a secure financial feeling or else I will be a no use bum as I reach my 30.... >.< argghhhh....
Suggestion welcome.... any course I can attend?? extra qualification ??? what to do what to do...
all this worry... I dont like it.. T_T ... I want to achieve... I want to get a higher salary.. I want to be a senior tester >.< ... I know I can do it.. I just have to get myself off my butt and actually do something about it. Time for some serious work.. study... self improvement!!!!!
No more random gaming at night... no more just seating around doing nothing... time to head to the library and read up on stuff that will help me in my career ... >.<

Happy 2009
Its been awhile since I last blogged. Alot have happen since then. Lets just say I am much much much more happier now-a-days :D ... all thanx to a group of very special people and also a new addiction to my life ... haha... its funny how things suddenly happen without you realising.
Anyway, Xmas was especially good. For the first time in like.. umm.. 16 years haha me and my parent went OVERSEA for a hoilday... TOGETHER.. @.@ wooooo haha...
Yes.. it was my present to them, a trip to sydney to visit my dear old sister... all expense paid for by ME.. their sweet sweet daughter haha... I guess it make sense for me to pay for stuff nowadays, been working for a wee while now and parent should enjoy them time of freedom and lich off us hehehe.... naaaa I mean its our turn now to take care of our parent... RIGHT??? :D
Anyway, short summery of what happen between my last blog entry till now.
- Special someone in my life ^0^
- Crashed my car... 2nd time in my time of owning it.. =.=
- Help special someone celebrate a very wonderful bday
- Tried alot of new restaurant :D
- Went to Sydney with parent
- HAHA.. in a STEADY and SUPER HAPPY relationship ^3^
- New addiction to my team at work... female population me + 1 hahah.. yesss 2 female now..
- Countdown with matey @ mission bay, saw firework and enjoy a night of soccer game :D
That should be it, not too sure what to write. Just a little update I guess.
For 2009 :
- Went on a road trip to Whangarei and Bay of Island
- Starting new project at work
- Nearing the mark of Quarter Century @.@
Yes, in 9 days time I will be quarter of century old. Glad Glad Glad....older wiser more mature :D (yea right hahah....older dumber more immature is more like it haha)
Well, lets hope everything will go smoothly for 2009. But lets just say , whatever come my way.. good or bad I will face it head on and use my positive thinking to jump any hurdle toward my goal :D .... of coz with my honeyyyyyyy hahaha....

Have decided~~
Need to ask for leave for Dec - Jan.
Then purchase ticket... then just fly back with empty luggage bag...
Heading back to HK first.. catch up with friends... then do a stop off in Sydney before coming back to NZ.
Shop, Eat, Shop, Eat, SPEND SPEND SPEND... like there's no tomorrow hahaha....
While in Sydney, maybe I can start applying for jobs and looking at accommodations ^_^ ... better start moving stuff over to Aust and cram up my sis's apartment.
Still wondering, Sydney or Melbourne... ummmmm.... haha somehow I have the idea of trying it out in Hong Kong. I am sure my parent will be glad of that.
