Spongy fresh fruit cake ~~

Satureday, woke up at 7 by stupid work phone ><. Oh well atleast I was forced to wake up, therefore why not make the most of it and enjoy the rest of the day. Made pancake again for breakfast, haha totally inlove with the recipe. So easy to make and so quick to prepare as well ^-^ * thumbs up * to the person who created this recipe. Dad decided to whip up the left over cream for his coffee, so I thought .. why not bake a cake as well and totally use up the cream. So here goes another entry relating to COOKING.

Basic Sponge Cake ~~

INGREDIENTs:
  • 3 x Egg
  • 90g sugar
  • 90g 低筋麵粉
  • 20g melted butter
  • 1tsp baking powder
METHODs:
  1. Separate egg white from egg yolk.
  2. Beat egg yolk with 1/3 of the sugar until pale yellow.
  3. Beat egg white with the rest of the sugar until stiff peaks form, if you turn the bowl over, the egg white will not fall out.
  4. Mix egg yolk mixture into egg white slowly.
  5. Add in sieved flour slowly into the mixture and blend well.
  6. Add small amount of the cake mixture into the melted butter and mix well. This will make sure the butter does not cool quickly and also easier to be mix into the cake mixture.
  7. Blend mixture together slowly but throughly.
  8. Pour cake mixture into a 18cm paper lined tin.
  9. Heat up oven to 180 C。 and leave the cake to bake for 20min.
