Anyway, because of the lack of time I had to get ingredient, I had to make do with can mango T_T

Anyway Mango cheesecake with a layer of real Nectarine & Mango hidden in another layer of Lemon jelly ^_^ . The result was quite pretty haha.. but don't see the point of putting jelly as you can't really taste it. The cheesecake taste covers the whole jelly taste.
